SOMMELIER INTRO
蕭希辰 (David HSIAO) 為台灣葡萄酒界具有影響力的侍酒師之一，並於2018 年成為法國在台協會商務處的「法國美食推廣大使」。曾擔任各樣葡萄酒競賽的評審主席，例如世界 50 大酒莊（World’s BestVineyards - Top 50）南亞區、國際三大葡萄酒競賽 International Wine Challenge（倫敦）。他曾於米其林一星La Cocotte by Fabien Verge 法式餐廳擔任侍酒師，熱愛考究法式料理與葡萄酒的搭配藝術。今日他與台灣多家餐廳致力推廣餐酒文化，並於米其林星級餐廳－大三元酒樓、米其林餐盤推薦－ Restaurant Revivre 法式餐廳及精緻肉品概念店－ RÒU by T-HAM 擔任顧問侍酒師。
