Welcome to Domaine Ricardelle de Lautrec, a family estate nestling in the heart of the Languedoc. Since 1999, Lionel Boutié, proud representative of the fourth generation of winegrowers, has made the bold choice of organic and biodynamic farming. Alongside Cathy, they are passionately committed to preserving our environment, while creating wines of incomparable quality and freshness.
Our estate is also home to a range of natural wines certified by the "Vin Méthode Nature" union, where the absence of inputs is a promise of purity.
Our philosophy is based on a symbiosis with the natural world around us. We use the natural elements to guide our steps and treat our vines with love. Organic and biodynamic practices lead us to adopt farming methods that respect our mother earth: composting and biodynamic preparations energised by rainwater. Biodynamics transcends our vines thanks to farming practices imbued with energy and cosmic mystery.
