Mr. Albert, a man who loves nature deeply, he has spent the last 20 years developing two magnificent estates nestled in the heart of the Languedoc, on the edge of the Mediterranean. These estates, the Château Auris and the Château Les Bugadelles testify to his commitment to preserve the land and its natural resources as well as to produce the best of the soil from which it originates.

The Château Auris, located in the famous AOP Corbières, and the Château Les Bugadelles, located in the heart of the prestigious AOP La Clape, are jewels of the Languedoc. These appellations are known for their unique terroir and exceptional wines.
The Château Auris has existed since 1736, several owners have succeeded each other. It is with the arrival of Mr Albert that the vineyard has passed under the regime of organic farming. The vineyard is integrated into the flan of a vast wooded massif, the Fontfroide massif, and is exposed to the north. Like a great coast, this massif is a natural shelter for the 40 ha of vines in one piece. In the center of this vineyard, the Château, the cellar and the outbuildings occupy a strategic position. The proximity of the farm buildings allows a better monitoring of the vineyard, shorter intervention times and especially a fast harvest transport. The vineyard is composed of old vines up to 70 years old and new plantings. This variety allows us to produce white and red rosés Corbières wines with varied profiles of fruity and flexible to full-bodied and fleshy.

The Château Les Bugadelles is located in the heart of the CLAPE Massif, it is an original terroir on the edge of the Mediterranean sea, the AOP LA CLAPE is one of the smallest and most famous of the Languedoc vineyard. When Mr. Albert acquired this estate, it was unplanted and composed solely of wild garigue. The implementation of organic farming was thus possible from the first plantations. The vineyard is today composed of 50 ha of vines and 50 ha of olive trees. The terroir is complex composed of sandstones, limestone marls, just 3 km from the sea. This geographical location allows to obtain soft red wines with fine tannins and subtly salty white wines.
