我們盡量以手工的方式處理葡萄園，從手工修剪每棵葡萄藤，到手工採摘，旨在將最高質量的果實帶到酒窖中。透過僅採收最好的水果，使得我們能在釀酒的過程中保持最少的干預，讓我們的葡萄酒更佳純淨。

我們的葡萄藤年齡在40到80歲之間，採用生物動力法種植，支持土壤健康，並為葡萄園創造了一個生態系統。自2013年葡萄酒以來，我們的葡萄酒已通過Ecocert France的有機認證，並自2020年份起獲得Demeter和Biodyvin的生物動力認證。
