沿著吉隆特河口，與左岸的瑪歌產區相望，沿著山坡的兩側佈滿 Château La Tuilière 的葡萄園，在佔地20公頃的園中，其中14公頃種植的是法定產區保護布爾丘（AOP Côtes de Bourg），La Tuilière 生產高品質的四款紅酒及一款粉紅氣泡酒。

葡萄園位於面南及面西的黏土石灰岩質土壤，該風土賦予混釀的多種可能，這也是La Tuilière的特點，葡萄栽種榮獲Terra Vitis認證：代表控制及減低環境干擾工法以維護人類對自然環境的尊重。葡萄藤的平均樹齡為25年至30年的老藤。

5款本酒莊所產酒款： « La Dame de La Tuilière - Prestige » 、 Château La Tuilière « Les Armoiries » 、Château La Tuilière « Tradition » 、 Château Le Clos du Merle、 « Le 45 » (粉紅氣泡酒) 。

半地下式的酒窖使溫度得以獲得調節，發酵前會進行低溫浸皮，發酵時間約三至六週，根據酒款及年份決定使否使用微氧化的製作方式。如 « La Dame de La Tuilière - Prestige » 便是以全發酵的方式進行，這是道不凡工法，需要對釀酒技術有一定的掌握，以釀造出類拔萃的酒款。

根據採收葡萄的品質、年份、市場口味偏好的演進，葡萄酒採用多種工法進行釀造，釀酒師使用不同材質或烘烤程度不一的酒桶，將酒液存放三年，以淬化出最傳統的風味。

消費趨勢的演進使現今人們較偏好以恆溫酒桶為主的技術，添加入橡木片，並最小幅度而穩定地置入氧氣，得以保存酚類分子，也就是眾所周知的單寧及富有層次的輕盈酒體，柔順圓滑口感的來源。

正是因此，酒莊團隊終於打造出反映出我們特色的酒款，而我們也希望你們會喜歡！透過三個品種：梅洛、卡本內-蘇維濃、馬爾貝克，調和出具有該產區代表性的葡萄酒。
