BAUDRY & DUTOUR，誕生於兩位來自希濃（Chinon）的葡萄種植者的合作，已經在20年內成為羅亞爾河谷（Val de Loire）一家重要且致力於生產葡萄酒的生產商。

我們的葡萄園逐漸擴大，首先是在希濃（Chinon），然後是在都漢（Touraine）和布戈憶（Bourgueil）產區。我們所有的葡萄酒都是由我們根據保護性耕作的原則種植的葡萄藤製成的，根據不耕地、不種草的原則種植植物覆蓋層來滋養土壤。我們的莊園獲得了高環境價值（HVE）認證，並正在逐步將其轉為有機種植。我們的理念旨在為了未來而保護葡萄園和環境，而這必須在酒窖繼續進行，例如通過我們裝有太陽能光電板的屋頂生產能源，並極少在葡萄酒中使用硫化物，只在發酵結束後使用（有時甚至不使用）。我們的葡萄酒融合了傳統與現代化的結合，表達了我們每個莊園的獨特性。
