自1570年以來，Gille家族一直定居在布根地貢布隆香村（Comblanchien），從那時開始，酒莊便以父傳子的方式經營，目前的酒莊是由Vivant Gille於1900年代初開始發展，如今，12公頃的葡萄園交由他的曾孫 Matthieu Gille經營，這間小型酒莊的葡萄藤樹齡約在45年至80年之間，部分地塊自18世紀末以來便已是Gille家族的土地。所有的釀酒工作皆是以純手工並使用傳統釀酒手法進行。如同Matthieu Gille 所說：「尊重獨特的風土與每個年份的挑戰。」他們是真正的葡萄酒匠人，以最傳統的方式釀酒，富有意義且極具特色
