俯瞰著歇爾省（Cher）谷地 ，我們的家族酒莊與豐特奈城堡（Château de Fontenay）的歷史緊密相連，自13世纪以來就在種植葡萄藤。這片肥沃的土地擁有石灰質黏土和燧石黏土土壤，適合栽種多種葡萄品種，如蘇維濃（Sauvignon）、梢楠（Chenin）、夏多內（Chardonnay）、加美（Gamay）、卡本內弗朗（Cabernet Franc）、科特（Côt）（又稱馬爾貝克Malbec）和果若（Grolleau）。我們的酒莊獲得了高環境價值（HVE）認證。我們採用綜合農業方法來耕種城堡的15公頃葡萄園，特别著重於改善我們對環境的影響。

 

當葡萄成熟時，就會被採摘和篩選，然後由我們的工匠釀酒師根據葡萄園的調性製作葡萄酒，藉此表達自己的激情和專業知識，生產卓越的葡萄酒。我們的酒莊生產白酒、红酒和粉紅酒，包括都漢舍農索Touraine Chenonceaux AOP和都漢Touraine AOP葡萄酒，以及「傳統法」氣泡酒。我們的葡萄酒名稱靈感來自城堡的歷史和未來將會傳承我們的孩子。Nathalie和Philippe全年歡迎遊客前來都漢（Touraine）的中心體驗獨特的住宿，享受羅亞爾河谷城堡群（Châteaux de la Loire）的環繞。
