Introduction to Maison Maxime Trijol

We are a family of Cognac winegrowers and distillers, established in 1859, based in Saint-Martial-sur-le-Né, in the heart of the Cognac region.​ For six generations, our family has proudly preserved and passed down our know-how. Today, the Maison is led by two sisters, Anne-Sophie and Pauline Trijol, who continue the legacy with passion and dedication.

With 22 traditional Charentais stills (each 25 hL), we are one of the largest independent, family-owned distilleries in the region.​ Our strength lies in complete control of the production process—from vine to bottle—ensuring exceptional quality and authentic craftsmanship.
