Established in 1929, the Anne de Joyeuse cooperative derives its name from a notable historical figure, the Duke of Joyeuse, who was granted the lordship of Limoux by Henry III in the 16th century. Inheriting this prestigious legacy, the cooperative has risen to symbolize excellence in the age-old art of winemaking in the Languedoc region.

Specializing in the crafting of still wines, our cellar employs exceptional expertise to produce distinguished red and white AOP Limoux varietals, as well as a diverse array of IGP Pays d'Oc wines, encompassing reds, whites, and rosés, tailored to satisfy the discerning palates of the traditional market, including wine merchants, wholesalers, hospitality establishments, and restaurants.

The expanse of our vineyards spans over 3000 hectares, spread across four distinct terroirs: the Mediterranean, oceanic, high valley, and Autan. This geographical diversity endows our grapes with unique characteristics, capturing the essence of each terroir and reflecting in the complexity and authenticity of our wines.

This commitment was further solidified in 2007 with the establishment of Protect Planet, our sustainable development charter, guiding all our cooperative producers toward eco-friendly agricultural practices, thereby ensuring the longevity of our lands and wines for future generations.
