CAVE DE SANCERRE

 Our cooperative was created in 1963. Today nearly 76 winegrowers who represent 250 Ha of vines are partners of the company. These vines are growing in all the villagesand in the most beautiful terroirs of the area : stony slopes of the hills which overlook the Loire River (Longest river of France). This vineyard is a real unique palette, rich in potential and diversity where the Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir grape varieties find the best elements to grow. The wines produced in our perfectly equipped cellars, with the passion and know-how of our winemakers, show the best and the variety of the Sancerre appellation : richness, aromatic intensity, finesse and balance. Leading producer of the AOC, nearly 1,6 billions bottles leave our cellars every year for the happiness of our customers around the world.

Nestled in the heart of Languedoc, in the Occitanie region and just a stone’s throw from the Thau Lagoon, Domaine de Petit Roubié has been a pioneer in organic farming, proudly certified by ECOCERT since 1985.

Spanning 80 hectares across the villages of Pinet, Florensac, Marseillan, Castelnau de Guers, and Mèze, the estate is deeply committed to protecting the rich biodiversity that plays a vital role in preserving our natural environment.

"Its terroir is the sea" — the emblematic slogan of the Picpoul de Pinet appellation perfectly captures the soul of this crisp white wine. It conjures up the image of delicate, honeyed white blossoms blooming at the foot of the Piquepoul vines, mingling with aromas of citrus and white peach, all carried inland on the salty, sea-kissed breeze rising from the Mediterranean and sweeping across the upper shores of the Thau Lagoon. The result is a vibrant collection of wines that are fresh, expressive, and bursting with character.
