Champagne Jacques Picard is a family owned house founded in 1956 by Roger Picard and his son, Jacques Picard. Today, Jacques’s daughter’s, Sylvie, Corinne and her husband José, faithfully perpuate the singularity of the House by combining authenticity and modernity. Fiona, the 4th generation, joined the Domain 6 years-ago after stuying oenology and agronomic engineering and working in wine industry in France and abroad.   
 

We are located in Berru, Montagne de Reims. Our entire vineyard has been certified in Organic Agriculture since 2022. Our vineyard is spread over the hills of 3 villages around Reims and Epernay : Berru, Montbré (Premier cru) and Avenay-Val-d’Or (Premier cru). We grow 17 ha, chardonnay mainly, pinot noir and meunier.
 

Independent winegrowers, we craft our Champagnes from A to Z with grapes from our vines. Respect for nature, soils and improving biodiversity are our priorities. We seek the development of our vines and the expressity of grapes varieties with a permanent reassessment of our techniques. This is identity of each of our plots that guides us. 
 

To enhance expression of our terroirs, each plot is vinified separately in stainless steel tank or barrels. The significant proportion of reserve wines incorporated into each non-vintage cuvée and low dosages bring complexity and continuity of the house style. Our wines are characterized by respect for our micro-terroirs, highlighting freshness, elegance and sharing.
